FOSTER & KINSHIP CARE EDUCATION PROGRAM
The Foster and Kinship Care Education (FKCE) Program provides quality education and support activities to the caregivers of children and youth in out-of-home care so that these providers may meet the educational, emotional, behavioral and developmental needs of children and youth.
FKCE provides free classes, workshops and conferences in Tulare and Kings Counties in Central California.
Our programs are designed with Foster and Kinship Care providers in mind, helping to bridge the gap between questions and answers. The classes are open to the general public, and are free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

The mission of California CASA Association is to enhance and strengthen CASA in California and support individual programs in their efforts to provide quality advocacy services to all abused and neglected children in the juvenile courts through the use of trained volunteers.

The California Partnership for Children
The California Partnership for Children serves as the umbrella organization for the Children's Research Institute of California, the California Children's Lobby, and the University of California, Berkeley's Children and Youth Policy Project, all of which provide programs and policy recommendations that serve at-risk youth and families in California. Judicial Council of California
Chaired by the Chief Justice, the Judicial Council of California is responsible for improving the administration of justice in California. Established in 1926 by article VI, section 6 of the state Constitution, the council provides guidelines to the courts, make recommendations annually to the Governor and Legislature, and adopts and revises California Rules of Court in the areas of court administration, practice, and procedure.
